Kuranohana

Just off Nakamachi Street, this restaurant is in a traditional kura-style storehouse. Using the finest local buckwheat which is hand-ground using a stone mill on premises, their soba noodles are delicious and very fragrant. The soba noodles are handmade and the buckwheat is grown in Nagano.
