A proprietress dressed in kimono welcomes customers into the 10-seat restaurant, where oden (a kind of winter hot pot with various ingredients) is available throughout the year. Itoya uses local ingredients and you can enjoy seasonal foods such as sansai (edible, wild plants) in spring and mushrooms in fall.
